Tatamadaw has shown great resolve in clearing ARSA terrorist ,Countries like Turkey, Bangladesh and EU ,USA are waiting for some interference in internal matters of Myanmar through Human rights issue but excellent support of countries like Russia ,Japan and India have helped in stabilizing the region and not providing an opening to jihadist and land squatters.

Bangladesh doesn't any leverage against India, if you support rebels so could we , Bangladesh is a negligible player in North East and doesn't have any influence over any rebels , Bangladeshi have lust for land as land squatters even the rebels hate bengali moslims , even the long running naga insurgency have died down because of tatamadaw and peace deals with NSCN , Bangladesh first arm ARSA and Bangladesh army with those advance Israel arms or yourself because you need more than anyone else in the region.

Yeah flatter yourself as a power in the region which crouches like a coward dog when its airspace is violated repeatedly by Myanmar or Borders are mined or sealed off ,we have seen this Bangladesh Army when it's own para Military BDR killed army commanders accusing them of bias,what can a army which lacks hierarchy can take credit of , neutralizing ULFA like how ? Never the Bangladesh army ever taken a campaign against any rebel groups ,they have been supporting them but after the whole of boundary fencing completely, Bangladesh came to senses ,but similarly supporting ARSA now like Bangladesh supported ULFA then might again bleed Bangladeshi moslims much more.
