Yes it has to be discouraged of course, barring a few individuals who have to be escorted for purely security reasons. But I do feel for the guys who have to ensure it. The sentries on duty who get bad mouthed and have to bear the angry and insulting stares. Trust me, they dislike it as much as we do (if not more)
