Saudi Arabia: The US deliberately delays the Saudi nuclear program, and the Kingdom responds by resorting to China!
South Korea was very interested..but the obstacle is that it uses the American Westinghouse nuclear technologies..thus any agreement with KSA will be subject to approval by the US congress!
China is not a better choice than America ,, but China is an excellent choice for creating balance..
