Javelin not enough range. Kornet twice that range. Plus Kornet is thermobaric. The US don't have that.

Hellfire is not ground launched. 3rd gen is nothing but a marketing gimmick.

1) 3 gen means fire and forget which drastically reduces chance to be hit.
2) US has plenty of air platforms: large number of armed UAVs and helicopters with mm wave radars.

RPG-32 is newer had more penetration and is lighter but its not as available .

RPG is different from ATGM. RPG lighter, man portable, shoulder launched, self contained. ATGM heavier, need a tripod launcher.
