The right to vote for overseas Pakistanis

What's the procedure for that in other countries? and what would we adopt if it's allows?

In Australia they do postal ballots. France has ballots in their embassies and consulates around the world

Gulf countries will not allow ballots in their country IMO

I know of a couple of Australians, one of them is in UAE and another was in Kuwait and they both had to do postal ballots. Because in Australia it is mandatory to vote or you can get fined, and if you miss to vote 3 times you will lose your driving licence which is equal to CNIC in Pakistan.

its not a matter of changing the result. I am a citizen of Pakistan, I love my country as much as anyother person in Pakistan. Everything that happens in Pakistan whether good or bad makes me happy or sad as much it makes anyone else in Pakistan. Where ever i go i will always be known as a Pakistani. All we want is the same right that a Pakistani living in the country would have. Not asking for anything extra.

Look its not a matter of love and hate. We are all human beings made with both. My point is that if any one wants to decide the future of the country by vote he or she must have to face the consequences either good or bad.
You love Pakistan and care about the future of the country thats good but dear the prosperity of the voter is a also a very important issue.
Here in PDF an uncle from USA advocates a blood bath revolution in Pakistan. For heaven's sake people have the right to choose their security and well being too. And their choice deserve respect.

In my opinion those who have dual nationality/PRC and live overseas should not be given right to vote. This should hold good for those also who have dual nationality and live in Pakistan. Those who hold only Pakistan nationality and are in other countries due to work should have a right to work.

India does not give dual nationality in any case... Indians get a overseas Indian citizen status... where you are not allowed to hold any govt. position, you are not allowed to contest elections and you are not allowed to buy agricultural property. Non resident Indians(With Indian passport) can vote but OCI card holders can't.

In both cases rigging lot easier whoever in govt. better first we fix national electoral system which already has huge flaws and dozen ways to rig.
