So do Sunnis, its the need for victim sympathy. There is NO doubt that there are militant anti-Shia activities in Pakistan - but to suggest that all of us see Shias as seperate or there is mass anti shiaism in Pakistan is ridiculous.
I can understand that for Qadiyanis, but not even close for Shias.

There is NO Sunni who I believe will ever oppose following the Fiqh of Imam Jafar(RA) because we all have different interpretations, but when we have commentry on personalities who died 1400 years ago and whose social interactions including their brotherhood and love for each other or any disagreements they had are beyond reproach- these were the best of humans of their time by virtue of the prophets influences on them and NO one beyond their times is even worthy of their body excretions let alone commentry on their interactions as if they were right there observing these people.
When such comments reach the ears of those who are emotionally attached to any and all of these personalities- it leads to SSp and then its counter militia.

I laughed when we see these ssp idiots trying to compete in backwards politics by proclaiming counter phrases such as "ya umar" against what they perceive is a shia exclusive invocation of "ya ali" as if its some conflict they are carrying on.

From what is most common knowledge on both these great men , they would openly spit or kill those that suggest so.
I'll refrain from commenting more on n the actual origin and history of current political shiaism and its counter salafist/etc narrative- in a nutshell it's the result of rival historians of the immediate successor empires right after the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (RA) whose history is for another thread.

For our context all that matters is that it is NOT 70 shia that were killed in Parachinar, they were our fellow Muslims and fellow Pakistanis. All other narratives are traitorous and anarchist.

It is something govt can control but it does not. Few weeks ago , don t remember the anchor name on Ary, Ask Maulana Naeemi about extremism in Karachi . His response was very much surrendering. He said one of extremist organization open office right in front of my madarassa, I ask em to move they threat me and police refused to help me.
