From my experiance Arab citizens know nothing about us. This ranges from the Gulf Arabs, Arabs of the Levant, and North Africa.
Non Arabs in the region seem to have a favourable oppinion of us such as the Turks, Somalis, Azeris. It is similer further afield with the Malaysians and Indonesians.

If we carried this out for only 10 years. Pakistan would be corruption free and our living standard for all Pakistanis would more than double from what it is now even with our current capabilities and infrastructure.
