Yeah i know that very well.But its common sense that to cover whole india we will have to bulid more roads which is gonna take longer time.So basically parts of india have excellent road connectivity while other parts don not.

No idea about 80's but today ther r states with very good infra and then their r states with dismal infra.{infra doesnot mean only roads]
It all boils down to how much progress has a country made and what kind of investment in infra does it plan to make in future.

Well when Pakistanis have no argument, they always revert to their staple argument. India is poorest. They forget India is fourth largest economy in the world in PPP.
