Balochistan has prepared a master plan for generating revenues by increasing tourism facilities along 770 kilometers coastline of the province, an official of the
Balochistan government told
the
government had allocated Rs 150
million for the improvement and establishment of 770 km coastline.
"There are vast opportunities for investment and tourism in the coastal areas of
Balochistan," he said, adding the
government was paying special attention to the development and improvement of the coastal belt of the province.
He said the
government had planned to identify tourist destinations of provincial coastal areas and set up a tourist resorts there.
He said that the provincial
government was striving to provide basic facilities to the tourists and preparing feasibility for the promotion and development of eco-tourism at the coastal belt.
