I mean, is it a constellation? Or do you mean the Pleiades (Thurayya or Parveen in Arabic/Urdu/Persian)?

No Iram is the Urdu name of the Milky Way. Also a common girls' name but that's not what I meant. Here's a couplet for you:

Every Sci-fi tv show and movie in Hollywood will die for this image just to have it on thier films !

Why dosen't Pakistan invest a Telescope like the ones at Hawaii ?

The Milky Way is visible throughout the year, but its densest and brightest part (its center) is visible from March to early December towards the south (cardinal direction) from Pakistan. From May to October during some part of the night, the Milky Way passes right overhead for us, stretching from horizon to horizon. Even at a moderately dark site, you can see impressive detail within it then. For example, towards the zenith, our galaxy is highly structured when seen from Sonmiani beach, which is only about 43km from downtown Karachi.

This shot
shows the Cassiopeia arm of the Milky Way (and the Sufi's Galaxy, M31) rising from the East just before daybreak in May. This part is informally known as the winter Milky Way. This is the view towards the south around midnight on the same date. Finally, this is the Cygnus Milky Way rising from the East around midnight in May. In October, this part is right overhead for us.
