Every Woman wears Burqa what ever sect of Islam she follows.

The question was "if its that important why is not obligatary during hajj".....woman wear the hijab but very few the wear the Burqa.
Covering your hair as woman do wearing the hijad what seems to be obligatary but not the burqa.

Sorry I meant every women when performing Haj wears a Hijab whatever way shape or form covering her whole body exept face and hands being loose knitted no embroidery or stuff and not revealing the shape of any limbs of her body.

And Burqa is a for of Hijab in short the Taleban forcing women to do so are IDIOTS and have no right to pass any judgement.

The one thing that always gets me about burkha is how come hardly any woman wear it when they do hajj.

An excellent point sir.
Allah's house is too holy a place to allow something which is unacceptable to Allah!!!
Whereas Allah has disallowed certain halal things during Hajj/Fast etc; nowhere do i see an example of Allah allowing something prohibited (except in dire consequences like to save life one eats something not halal but that surely cannot be linked to this!).

It is a huge misconception that the Mullah has forced upon us regarding the covering of the face.
Please go through the following link and then do your own independent study.
I am convinced that covering of the face is not Allah's decree and certainly to force it on anyone is something i despise to say the least, may Allah provide guidance to us all.
Amen.

The truth, however, is that Muslims can do this and more. They are doing it and will continue to do it. Listen to Haji Muslim Khan on tv channels. What kind of system and society would have him, with his pathetic knowledge of almost everything, including Islam for which he supposedly stands up, as a public figure?

Listen to his fudging and his threats. Listen to what ANP minister Zahid Khan had to say about this being the tip of the iceberg. The question is not about when this incident was filmed but the fact that it did happen; also, that the Taliban, according to their admission, have been giving these punishments and will continue to do so since this is what shariat calls for.

So, you say want Islamism? Is bhooth ko daanda he uthare ga.

One Hon Member has proudly declared that he is knowledgeable and of Hanafi Deobandi persuasion.
Are you suggesting that I should be ashamed of being a Hanafai and Deobandi?

I on the other hand am partial towards Braelvi maslak. IMO Deobandi School is the focal point of extremism and the followers believe in forcing their beliefs down people’s throat thru use of force. All the Deobandi Ulemas were against Pakistan’s creation and the same forces wont worry too much even if Pakistan breaks up.
You are very wrong on this. This is nothing but your hate for the Deobandis that you are generalizing all of them for being extremists. I have seen these 'green cap' Barelvis, I know how far they go in the so called love for Rasool Allah. However, I still believe that only a minority of them is extremists in their believes.

You are also wrong that all the Deobandi Ulema were against the creation of Pakistan. You are confused here, on one hand you support Khizar Hayat's Unionist Government (who of-course was against the creation of Pakistan) on the other hand you are bashing Deobandi Ulemas for the same stand, which by the way is not how you look at it. I would debate with you if you press this issue.

Majority of people in Pakistan were converted to Islam thru the efforts and personal example of Saints and Pirs (something abhorrent to the Deobandis) and belonged to Braelvi maslak. However, debate about various sects within Islam has been going on for ages and is not going to be resolved in the Defence Forum. As the name implies: it is a forum for the Defence of Pakistan.
If you want to open a topic on Shariyat and Tareeqat, boy I'll love to jump into. Why Ulema Deoband don’t like the ways of the Sufis and Peers? Because neither Mohammed (PBUH) nor any of his disciples were Pirs, they were practicing Muslims who strictly followed the Shariyat, not the Tareeqat.

IMO implementation of Sharia in parts of Pakistan is putting the survival of Pakistan State at risk. This question had been settled in the system of laws unanimously agreed in the 1973 Constitution. It was the evil and bigot Zia ul Haq who started a parallel system in Pakistan. The only document which unanimously agreed by elected representatives of all the federal units is 1973 Constitution. It clearly states that no law shall be passed which is contrary to the Quran & Sunnah. Why the need of a parallel system?
Problem is not with the Shariyat, problem is with the wrong people who are using the name of Shariyat as an excuse for their actions. And also the people, who call themselves Muslims, but consider Shariyat as some satanic way of life.

Why do you think there are two or even three Eids in Pakistan? Because people lie under oath that the moon has been sighted when it was scientifically impossible as the moon was not physically there to be seen! This happens every year. Can we honestly accept such bigots to implement Sharia Laws in the true spirit of Islam? I quote below an article by Dr Ayesha Siddiqa, who has quite rightly mentioned that even Sufi Mohammed will not qualify as a witness if the strict rules of Sharia are applied
This again goes back to the fact that Government is not doing its job. This is not the fault of the Shariyat but the fault of the people semi-literate people who come out from these Madrassas. These things were happening right under the nose of the Government, why they were not regularized? First we allow our kids to spoil, than instead of taking responsibility of our mistakes, we put all the blame on the spoiled person.

I don’t want to comment on Dr. Siddiqa's views because she is not an Islamic Scholar.
