AFAIK IOC and voting members are not used to giving away the honour of hosting the Olympic games to another country in the same continent consecutively So after Japan 2020, the chance of landing the hosting right in North America is the strongest (not because I'm in favour of this ) S Africans should be a good contender since they have hosted the FIFA world cup successfully but they have to seriously get rid of their internal problems first and foremost within the next few years
