I can only speak for personalities who I have read extensively and am familiar with.

Allama Iqbal, Maulana Maududi, Dr. Israr Ahmad were all Sufis and orthodox Sunni Muslims at the same time. They had the proper understanding of Sufism from Ashabus Saff (people of the platform) who spent their lives in the masjid during Rasool saws life.

Maulana Ilyas, founder of Tableegh e Jamaat, also was a Sufi but also an orthodox Muslim at the same time.

There are numerous examples in our history. Maybe someone with more knowledge on the subject can enlighten us.

At least cut off the ring road...It would make Chabahar useless. What about the Wakhan corridor? The Darand line picked for its defendability...Why abandon it?

True, the Durand Line was chosen for its defendability, but a ridge exists further forward that could prove to be a new Durand line.
