This particular news is not verified but there are reports of people using hidden passages/smuggling routes to come in and possessing more threat to everyone they meet on all the way till their own family. Actually, few such are captured by levies/forces in last week or so. A strong & strict border monitoring is highly needed that should be done by both sides. Pakistan alone can't do it all & Iran needs to play their part to stop this spread.

Its the responsibility of the state to ensure the safety of general public in large. Even if it means curbing few groups, gathering, religious or otherwise ceremonies.
