The mystery surrounding Kashmir's graves

. .
Well why burn a train carrying hindu women and children and cry like a *****?

Also it should be added that around 250 Hindus lost their lives too because of the Clarion call -- "There is poison in the milk" .

On the other hand why are atrocities and Genocides always so one -sided in Pakistan ? Makes one wonder....

Have a little think. My post and thread was based on "whoever was to blame should be brought to account".
You and mr banned eurofighter started the blame game. I suggest if there is nothing to hide independent investigation is the best way forward for the sake of all the victims.

.
you people denying genocide done by hindus in Gujrat which is open fact thats strange ....
Human rights violation in India is carried out in daily basis ......
Thousand of kashmiris killed , thousands of women get raped by Indian army ....
thousands of muslims killed in gujrat by extremist hindus in gujrat
hundreds of christians killed in attacks by hindus ....
thousands of sikhs killed during khalistan movement ...
BUT you denying the facts ..... you should work for human rights but you here denying the facts that will not help you

Hey don't be so selective ..... Why did Windy have to bring up Gujarat in a Kashmir related thread ???

I replied to your post and my reply was perfectly on-topic.

Just see the people chosen to sit on the committee to investigate extra-judicial killings , all of them are independent investigators .

There are basically two phases of the Kashmir movement. Kashmir post 1947 was essentially a secular movement based on Kashmiri nationalism. The JKLF in the 80s is a good example of this. 1987 & the post 90s, it has had a certain level of militancy & religious element associated with it.

A widespread armed insurgency started in Kashmir with the disputed 1987 election with some elements from the State's assembly forming militant wings which acted as a catalyst for the emergence of armed insurgency in the region. The insurgency really rose in the 90s, but has deteriorated since 2004.

See, post 1987, Pakistan increased the support to the militants and started actively eliminating the separatists who wanted independence from both India and Pakistan. At that time it changed from an indigenous movement to a tussle between India and Pakistan. That was effectively the death blow to any chances of success the initial movement had.

Please come and take back your dead, do them justice. How long will this continue? The same happened in Kargil and recently in Mumbai too.

Thousands of kashmiri youth crossed over to the pakistani controlled side and came back with guns and then died a futile death. Surely some of them are there too as there was no way of identifying them.

Pakistan's jihad in Kashmir has brough them rich dividend in the form of propaganda material, I hope it was worth it, the death of tens of thousands of muslims.

Yet again fateh i feel perhaps there is an objection to hold an enquiry and see who the graves belong to? If what you say is accurate then why bring dispespect to these people by denying this? To bring Kargil and Mumbai up is a little off topic? I am NOT taking sides but you and your countrymens natural resistance to the need for an independant enquiry is making me feel you are already concerned what will be dug up? If you have nothing to hide then have no fear.

Just because the violence has gone down does not mean the people like being under Indian occupied rule. Please refer to the links on Post # 25.
