if we tested more people death rate will come down even lower. It can`t be simply possible in India that one is symptomatic and just sit at home. May be in US not in India.One possibility is that we have many asymptomatic patients but than as I said if we somehow able to track them and included them in count, this will further lower the death rate.

With number of tests less than 1000 per million, both countries' figures are highly unreliable.

The fact is infection rates in India is the lowest among major Covid affected countries.

Anyways my earlier post was comparison of % of positives wrt to numbers of tests done in covid affected countries which show India comes least in terms of % of positives which suggest spread of covid virus is less widespread compared to other countries which also holds clues for less number of death compared to other affected countries.

Btw pneumonia and patients with respiratory problems are tested for Covid too.

I said it else where and ill say it again, when people suspected china is hiding and that rate is not declining, i simply used the reasoning that its not possible to hide such a thing, iranian case is infront of us.
