Courts need enough proofs to punish culprits .. A well-known target killer is out of jail because lack of proofs .. They can't punish him

Yes, but these target killers it seems have many enemies, it seems to me that if courts release them, responsible authorities cannot be held responsible if these kinds of people become victims of rivals or accidents.

Fact is that because of Jatoi's political and money influence witnesses changed their statement .. Said "they were not present at the place where the fight took place

FIA apprehends protocol officer of Bilawal House

KARACHI: FIA has taken Protocol Officer of Bilawal House Wasi into its custody here on Friday, sources said.

According to the sources, two protocol officers were involved in getting Shahrukh Jatoi fled abroad.

The sources said that another protocol officer Mehmood Sultan has been quietly posted in Washington.

Shahzeb Khan murder trial: Last witness expected to complete statement today

The policeman investigating Shahzeb Khan’s murder case recorded his incomplete statement before an anti-terrorism (ATC) court on Monday.
The investigating officer, Muhammad Mubeen, appeared before the court to record his statement in the murder trial before the judge, Ghulam Mustafa Memon, of the ATC-III. The officer will record his complete statement on Tuesday.
When the case came up for hearing, the officer told the court that investigation of the case were transferred to him from the first investigating officer after the apex court took suo motu notice of the case in January this year. Mubeen, who stood before the court around noon, said that he had arrested all four suspects of the case, presented them before a judicial magistrate for identification parades, recorded statements of the witnesses and completed several legal formalities of the case.

In the evening, the officer requested the court to give him some time for rest as he was standing before the court since noon. Following the request, the court allowed him to rest for an hour. The in-charge deputy district public prosecutor for the state, Abdul Maroof, told The Express Tribune that the officer requested the court for rest saying that he was a diabetic patient.
When the hearing resumed after a short break, the officer as well as the defence counsels urged the court to adjourn the case, Maroof said. Earlier, the court had expressed annoyance over the officer’s plea for time to testify in the Shahzeb Khan murder trial, observing that the proceedings were already delayed by a month despite the Supreme Court directions to concluding them in seven days.
On Saturday, Inspector Muhammad Mobin had pleaded for a day’s time to prepare his statement. The judge had told him to appear on Monday. According to Maroof, Mobin was the last prosecution witness in the case, adding that after his deposition the prosecution’s side would be closed. The hearing will resume today.
