Imran Khan/PTI was waiting verdict or disqualification of Nawaz on panama case and corruption charges but they received disqualification of Nawaz on article 62 and 63 which Imran has been opposing strongly in the past

100% agree and what my concern is that judges found no other way but to chose article 62-63 even opposition not wanted coz it's an opening of new war front among political parties and take advantage of this verdict. As I mentioned earlier let's hope they can dig out more valid proves of his corruption.

100% agree and what my concern is that judges found no other way but to chose article 62-63 even opposition not wanted coz it's an opening of new war front among political parties and take advantage of this verdict. It has given the guidance that these should be dealt with by the proper designated institutions.

Nothing to fear about from our sides but every politician who didn't mentioned their assets will be let's see how justice work in similar cases of others.

Someone can correct me if im wrong, but I think he got disqualified for being PM because of iqama issue. The corruption charges have been referred to NAB, who will do an investigation them self, and use the evidence provided by JIT, to bring charges of corruption against nawaz.

Basically try to keep everything legal.

This is true, NS is ousted on grounds of 62-63.
Where concealing income of his job was main technical ground.
The case which IK filed against NS (London flats owner) is not yet decided, but I can tell you IK can never prove NS owner or beneficiary.
Sheikh Rashid senses this drive and launched a parallel case against NS for 62-63.
JIT setup by the judiciary has found so much extra, which was never in courts.
We have seen few examples, but what forced the judges to vote against NS was material in X-box.
It is a fact that few western govts. have tried to protect NS, but gulf countries complied with JIT fully and swiftly.
