IPKF became a mistake because Rajiv didnt signed the contract on the right time.
1987 sri lankan people generally hated Rajiv and India after operation Poomalai.
If IPKF formed in 2000 after defeating Sri Lankan forces in Second Battle of Elephant Pass, as for now every Sri Lankan will consider Indians as our major allie.
