The India forum refuses Chinese members?

I registered at this Indian forum very early, even earlier than the PDF. But I never got permission to reply or post. even if I change my ID and log in again, I still don't have permission. Does this forum limit the Chinese IP address?

This forum was funded by a man named Tarique who was a Pakistani sympathiser. That does not count as Indian forum. It is now shifted to another forum.

By the way I too have noticed that if you use public proxies or VPNs while opening account, the permission to write is blocked. You should use VPN only after opening the account and getting the permissions. Till then post simpple irrelevant things and buy time so that your IP is not recorded against things which you don't want to go against your name

I donot know if there exists an Indian Defence Forum , all Indians seems are mostly on PDF.
