Let say Berret M82 !! Is it allowed ? I have seen people firing it in USA

Yes, M82 Barret is allowed to sale in MOST State, there are no law to ban that particular weapon federally, but you cannot get them in some states, such as CA or Rhode Island.

Even pre-banned M2HB Full Auto Heavy Machine Gun, any M2 that made prior to 1934 is free to trade (Not Much but they do exist) and any M2HB make before 1986 can be registered for Civilian Ownership with special ATF tax or registration fee of $220 last time I check.

Military M4A1 (14.5 inch Barrel, Full Auto, Folding Stock) are not permitted to sale in general public, Civilian M4 (16" Barrel) cost about 1000-3000) depending on make, model and accessories.

HK416 again is not permitted for general sale, you can get MR223/MR556 or MR308.MR762 (Which is civilian version of HK416 and HK417 Semi-Auto rifle, I don't know how much it cost for a MR308 but a Civvies HK416 cost anywhere between 4000 to 7000 USD depending on accessories and sale tax

@madokafc

Civilians that has a high degree of risk in their job, working with the government like BPK (Finance Investigation Agency) and parliament members. But for BPK for example there is a training for that, they need to pass the examination first to acquire the guns.

Hunter can only get hunting gun. Ordinary people cannot get any gun I believe.

It is what I know.

In Japan:

big no to Muslims sorry
even if you are admitted I dont think after California shooting any Muslim will be cleared for background checkt o buy fire arms
This century has no doubt become a Hadean era (basically it's an eon according to geological timescale).Muslims are blamed responsible for any mess of the world and all worse crimes are associated with them.An average practicing muslim cannot imagine to move around and buy stuff freely.
Anyways,nice images.
