The Great purge within Pakistan and Pakistan Army by Bajwa and Co

Do you live in Pakistan?

After the Supreme Court issued a 24-hour ultimatum to Inspector General (IG) Punjab Faisal Shahkar, a first information report (FIR) of gun attack on PTI Chairman and former premier Imran Khan during the party’s long march was registered on Monday at City Police Station Wazirabad.

You do realise the police lodged one leaving out the details IK wanted. Its a total farce.

Am I supposed to be surprised that things cannot happen exactly as IK wants them to be? For me, if the FIR is acceptable to the highest court in the land, then it must be good enough for the purpose.

You talk as if your impartial but your bias shows quite well. Anyway if someone who has survived an assassination cant lodge details in an FIR that they believe to be true its actually a failure of the system not the individual.

IK will have the opportunity to provide proof that he claims to have in due course. Just because I do not drink Kool-Aid from any side pretty much makes me impartial. :D

I will agree with you that Pakistan has many systemic failures, yes. But compounding them is never going to solve them.

The point is that according to law, it is IKs right to name all his suspects. If the FIR cannot be filed according to law, then what integrity does the investigation have afterwards? In short, none.

. . . .
Does anyone here believe that Bajwa is compromised and is working for some foreign intel to malign/destroy pakistan army from within ?
Either corrupt/compromised or being forced/blackmailed…….somebodyhas simething big on him…..like a video or some big corruption

.
corruption is rampant in pakistani jarnails, this is way beyond it. More on lines of compromised working on an agenda. That payout can be far larger than corruption.

If india attacks pakistan now, i bet u Pakistan will lose war in days as no one can fight under a leader like him

No investigation will have any credibility even if carried out by SC. So no, it’s not good enough. Because nobody with half an ounce of credibility is denying that this is IKs right.

Well then, IK will have to wait for Allah's court, since in Pakistan, legally, the Supreme Court is the highest he can go to. IK will be proven right only when he can pony up the proof he says he has about his accusations, after due process.

No, you misunderstand what I am saying. I am saying that no investigation process will be seen to be legitimate if the first step of the process- filing the FIR- is done against the law and the request of the victim.

Part of the point of common law, in particular, is to make sure that justice is served and seen to be served. When this does not happen, you take away from moral authority of the courts in general.

We will all see pen-ultimate justice with Allah ofcourse. No questions about that.

Also, what exactly is your threshold for proof? Don’t you still believe that there is no proof of corruption in Panama gate as far as NS is concerned? Despite the JIT 11 volumes?
