Isolated incident that too was due to faulty battries, Gazi was a ship in battle huge difference between both of this incident.

It does not matter how long PNS denies it, but boat was sunk courtesy IN.

BS, a Sub operating in a very hostile environment conducting a dangerous mission is more likely to meet an accident than the one sitting idly in it's base. The IN is just desperate to cook up stories to cover the Kukri and Karpan episode.

Minus WW2(considering tech was just growing) your most likely to happen thing, as far as my memory goes has happened only once, so your argument to support your hypothesis itself is an hypothesis.

Neutral witnesses and assessments
An independent testimony stems from an Egyptian Navy officer, who claimed that the Indian ships were docked at the Visakhapatnam harbour when the explosions from the supposed Indian sinking of Ghazi occurred, and that "it was not until about an hour after the explosion, that two Indian naval ships were observed leaving harbour".[18]

Many independent writers and investigators maintained the Ghazi was sunk mysteriously not by two depth charges alone– Ghazi may have sunk either by the hydrogen explosion produced when the batteries were charging, or by the detonation of a mine, or either by the sea floor impact while trying to avoid the depth charge released by the INS Rajput.[3][21][40]

In 2012, Pakistani investigative journalists from The Express Tribune who were affiliated with the Express News USA based in the Washington D.C. were able to get in touch with Diablo's' retired and now-aged former US Navy crew members who were allowed to study the sonar pictures and sketches of the sunken vessel where they believed that: "an explosion in the Forward Torpedo Room (FTR) destroyed the Ghazi."[46] This view is also shared by Indian journalist Sandeep Unnithan, who specializes in military and strategic analysis.[46]
(from wikipedia, they have used multiple sources, they all seem to agree with Pakistani view. Its just India who has different view.)
no problem, our loss regardless of how and who did it, but carry-on enjoy have fun .....

You need to catch up on your homework, this is just a list of accidents involving subs over last two decades, the tech was much more reliable than that of 1971 and keep in mind, none were operating under battle conditions.
