The Future of Indian Opposition - Congress/Regional Parties/Others??

Who will form the main Opposition for BJP in next 10 years?

  • Total voters
    36
  • Poll closed .
No matter who it is, a proper opposition is a must have for a properly function democracy.

nope..They were in the front line for the complete liquor banning in the state,Though 49% of bar owners are from Christian community..

Nope. How can the Church openly tell we do not want a ban? They would become a Punching bag for Hindu and Muslim groups.
As per my understandings, and through one friend in Kerala, he told me Christian bodies see this ban as pushing of Hindutva agenda, and bar owners secretly held parleys and the church authorities with the govt, who were brushed aside.

Nearly all senior leaders were sidelined. PC, Pranab Mukherjee, Jayanthi Natarajan, even Kapil Sibal and were made to accept RG as their leader for their own position in their party. They are all capable leaders, but family and party are one.

I think Congress should hear Digvijaya Singh word" Make RG as President of Congress" ;) @arp2041 Shouldnt he take President role today? :D
KS and PC capable hahahahahaha

I had predicted one thing right. Due to over secularism shown by shown so called secular parties, people have got tired of them, and went to BJP to protect the majority interest. Its great RSS is now uniting everyone under one banner of Hinduism by discrediting castes.
The more these secular parties sing secularism , the more the people gravitate towards BJP. And there will be a situation in future, in which every party tries to be more Hindu than the BJP. Situation in Kerala have made true my prediction. Alcohols, Bars have been banned inspite of opposition from Church groups. In such a dangerous scenario , in future people will be nowhere to turn to.

Its time the parties re-orient strategy as Ur development vs my development. Cos the arguement of Communalism Vs Secularism will bound to fail for sure. And I don see a future for Commies, as they are against development and Communalism.

I heard BJP had more vote share than Congress in Tamil Nadu and also heard their membership is increasing there.

You may be right... They were supporting the ban for clapps from the public.. Churches are now nothing more than a profitable business..
nope...no hindvwa agenda..Hindu groups were against the sudden prohibition . They even openly accused Christian church and congress party for this sudden ban...Vellalapaly nadeshan, general Secretary of SNDP yogam(leader of Hindu Eezhava caste union,) himself own 5-6 Bar hotels in Kerala...
In Kerala
50% of bar hotels are owned by Hindus(mostly Eezhavas),49% Christians(mostly Syrian Christians) and 1% Muslims.. .How could they support the ban then???
Actually it was caused due to the ongoing conflict between CM and Congress party state president .More of political than religious...

Be it 5 or 10 or 15 years but it will be congress which topples modi no other alternative ..congress always came back strongly after humiliating defeats in past

BJP is the main party in kannyakumari district and has strong cadre bases in Coimbatore and Nilgri(ooty) districts..Main problem is the lack of influencing ,energetic leaders...

Tulu pancha dravida baashe ..so it survived for all these years without a script and will survive ...kannada or any language pocess lot of knowledge in its literature ..so no problem there ..Tulunadu karnataka ketala doesnt matter as long as its in India

Is dil ke tukde hazar hue koi yahan gira koi wahan gira..

Now replace the word 'dil' with 'Congress'

I don't think so. Thats why Tulu was included in the list of endangered languages of India by UNESCO...
My room mate is a beary from puttur. He said that the thulus(mostly living outside thulu belt) shows zero interest in learning and teaching Tulu to their kids..Many of the younger generations consider it as no use or no importance..
Tulu is a pancha dravida bashe,right..But all other 4 languages have their own state..Look the plight of kodava takk speakers..They are now reduced to 15-20% of the population in kodagu district,if i am not wrong...
Yes,we are all living in India.but if you want to make your language alive and lively,a separate state is MUST...its my opinion...
Thulu have no script??..But you peoples are using Kannada script for writing,right??..

Dravidian ideology seems have strong influence in Tamil Nadu and communism among Malayalis, these two states would be a tough nut to crack for BJP. @Rajaraja Chola @TejasMk3 what you say.
