Do you recommend any schools in the UK?nah
mate, I've been training Ninjutsu for over 3 years and I see how it's the best art for both physical and spiritual development. It doesn;t strengthen your bones but your senses and your perception.
Remember not all situations are about going and kicking some one and get killed, some times you have to be sneaky and deceptive, and that;s where Ninjutsu excels. Hence the reason of its importance among professionals.
But look at it like this, I won't like to be some karate guy trying to fight off some 20 guys hell bent on killing me, I would prefer being a ninja and pick when and how I fight with them and make my way around with deception and stealth and chose my encounters and then one blow one kill with efficiency, because in Ninjutsu, you don;t really learn how to block, but more like how to evade and deceive, as you don't really plan on getting hit, because if you;re hit then you are already dead. So you;re taught all the weak points and pressure points on the human body, and your task is to do maximum damage and knock out an opponent with every move.
I have never heard of ninjutsu until now.
There are so many BJJ MMA karate muay Thai schools but no ninjutsu.
