If this is true there must be a swift and merciless answer in UAE. They also supported Gülen in the coup. Even if I don't like Erdogan he must be defeated in democratic ways e.g elections and scum like the UAE have to be put down in their place. They don't know who they are playing with, we aren't Yemen or Syria we WILL burn your country until there is nothing left but ashes.

Turkish police detained nine suspects on Monday after PKK terrorists killed one teacher and martyred a soldier in two different attacks in Turkey’s southeastern province on Friday.

The PKK terrorists had first opened fire on the district mayor’s car, being driven by one of his relatives, in the province of Batman.

The gun shots ended up killing a 22-year-old music teacher and injuring another civilian.

In another incident, a terrorist blew up his car when security forces intercepted him at a gendarmerie station near Bekirhan town’s entrance in Kozluk district. The incident left two soldiers and a civilian injured.

Later, one soldier succumbed to his wounds at the hospital.

The District Police Department detained nine suspects during the operations conducted by the Kozluk Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, including the Taxi driver, whose car was seized during the PKK attack.

One soldier is still under treatment at the Dicle University Hospital Burn Centre, while the two injured civilians are getting treatment in Batman Hospital.

The PKK -- listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the U.S. and EU -- resumed its armed campaign against Turkey in July 2015. Since then, it has been responsible for the deaths of around 1,200 people, including women and children.

Sixteen PKK terrorists were killed and over 650 suspects were arrested during security operations across Turkey last week, according to the Interior Ministry on Monday.

A total of 227 people suspected of aiding and abetting the PKK were arrested; eight terrorists were captured while 14 others surrendered to security forces in 632 counter-terrorism operations between June 5 and Monday, the ministry said in a statement.

The operations were carried out in eastern Agri, Kars, Bingol, southeastern Hakkari, Sirnak, Diyarbakir and northern Tokat provinces.

Moreover, 39 shelters said to be used by PKK terrorists and 27 improvised explosives devices were also destroyed.

Security officials also seized 1,000 kilograms (2,204 pounds) of bomb-making material, 274 hand grenades; 86 weapons, including heavy and long-barreled guns; 3,509 kilograms (7,706 pounds) of hashish, 1,142 kilograms (2,517 pounds) of heroin, 7,576 opiates and 37,584 liters of smuggled oil last week.

More than 1,200 people, including security personnel and civilians, have lost their lives since the PKK -- listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the U.S., and EU -- resumed its decades-long armed campaign in July 2015.

Also, 386 suspects with links to Fetullah Terrorist Organization, 39 with Daesh terror group and 12 others with a leftist terrorist organization were also arrested during the operations.

According to Turkey’s government, FETO and its U.S.-based leader Fetullah Gulen orchestrated the defeated coup of July 15, 2016, which left 250 people martyred and nearly 2,200 injured.

Ankara also accuses FETO of being behind a long-running campaign to overthrow the state through the infiltration of Turkish institutions, particularly the military, police and judiciary.

I dont trust u unfortunatly. I think that the PKK there is still present and u should be aware that an operation will be conducted there.

the flag in the middle is yazidi PMU or yazidi YBS. i for a fact know that the ybs belongs to the kck that means they are PKK and therefor a valid target for the TSK.

There's no valid reason for this specific focus on Sinjar when it comes to PKK presence in Iraq. PKK has presence in Kerkuk which is further to the south and far from Syrian borders.

Despite flags and symbols or certain small unorganized loose elements who choose to affiliate with the PKK, presence of the PMU/ISF means they are the stronger force which makes the YBS fall under their command, that cuts ties to the PKK the way you view it as they won't be able to use it as a stronghold for PKK operations without central gov approval.

Given that PKK has presence in Kerkuk this issue is bigger than Sinjar and more tied to KRG (both PUK and KDP) whom aren't as hostile to PKK as you think. Now obviously the PKK will establish wherever it thinks it can get a foothold, that doesn't mean they will abandon Turkey's battlefield. If you want to remove all their footholds then why are you overwatching the KRG, of course it won't succeed.
