ISLAMABAD:

A senior Indian diplomat was caught taking a picture of an Islamabad High Court (IHC) judge with his cellphone during a court hearing on Friday.
Piyush Singh, identified as first secretary at the Indian High Commission in Islamabad, snapped a photo of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani during the hearing of a case filed by a Pakistani man, Tahir Ali, seeking the high court’s intervention to meet his Indian national wife Uzma.
When courtroom officials brought the incident to the notice of the IHC judge, he ordered confiscation of Singh’s cellphone. Terming it a serious violation of the court decorum, the IHC judge ordered the Indian diplomat to submit a written apology before the court after Singh verbally apologised for the said incident. However, later the diplomat issued a written apology. The court accepted his apology and warned him not to repeat the act.

The twisting tale of the Indian girl Uzma and Pakistani national Tahir Ali could have been just another love story had it not stuck in reverse just after they got married.

In the latest twist, Ali has sought the Islamabad High Court’s intervention to meet his wife in ‘free atmosphere’ claiming Uzma recorded her statement before a magistrate against him under “duress and pressure” by her brother through the officials of the Indian High Commission in Pakistan. On May 3, Uzma informed the magistrate that she was deceived, tortured and forced to sign marriage documents at gunpoint. Uzma said she had taken refuge at the high commission because she felt threatened and wanted to go back to New Delhi. Contrary to her claim, Ali through his counsel Fayaz Ahmed claims that she is being forcibly kept there.
So what... he will claim Diplomatic immunity and move freely..... aiwain hi ... blowing things out of proportion....

.
It's still better to put case on him and he claim his immunity and get expelled from the country

There is always a back lash of these issues on the career level
I know Indians will start blah blah
But how many diplomats you see got expelled from a country on gross misconduct get next appointment in some important country either positive or navigate relationships

He might got appointed to some country which does not make any sense lol

. .
read before quoting he submitted apology both verbal and written

2. written apology so much for diplomatic immunity

Most diplomats of India in Pakistan are spies and vice versa.
If anyone is surprised at this news, yeah, wake up and smell coffee.

Nothing can be done to this guy and he will be safely back in India.

.
 He is a career diplomat. He was all over the news for being state topper in UPSC exam. So much for being a spy.

& what law prohibit a foreign service employee to work for the secret agency of his won country.... ???

& what law prohibit a foreign service employee to work for the secret agency of his won country.... ???
Because secret service is for trained personnel. Majority of the spies are either serving official in police, or IB who take separate tests to become a field agent. Also, like in Jadhav's case, serving army officials will not be selected for R&AW posts simply because, government do not want military to intervene in intel gathering. That's how it works here.
About Piyush Singh he was a doctor:D.

No law prohibits. But R&AW takes trained personnel only. Not some bookish guy. And this Piyush Singh IFS was a doctor.
It's too immature to take photos of court proceedings. The case is straight out win for India as the women is an Indian living in Pakistan on a visa. There isn't any requirement of a spy there. That too an irrelevant civilian court.

Maybe To get the info about judge /his family . then blackmail him .

Blackmail him for what? The case of Indian girl is simple.

She fell in love with Pakistani guy from KPK in Malaysia.

He was already married and she knew it since he told her everything.

She came to Pakistan and he received her and drew her in a car from airport as per her own statement BUT her statement further added that when she reached Buner district of KPK where his house is she found the family very different (read economically) and thus she was disappointed and she also found her family speaking different language and they could not speak Hindi/Urdu. She said she thought they will be a well off family however it was opposite of that.

To get rid of him she accused him of hiding his first marriage (Which BTW was proven lie as her texts and calls the boy presented showed that she knew about it already and she even asked the boy not tell her brother that he was already married).

She also accused him of performing nikah at gun point which was also refuted by the boy and he presented the video of the nikah as evident.

Now the end point is since she does not want to live with him and want separation which the court eventually will allow and grant and she will flew to her country.

SO the theory of blackmailing the judge in my opinion is not true.
