The Dark Night Rises sucks.

The worst movie i have ever had the misfortune to watch (till date) is the Ghost Rider 2.

It was some of the most painful hours i have ever spent in a theater.

This is the first time I went to see a Batman movie at thr theater. This is the last time for me seeing a Batman flick at the theater.

This is a character that needs a guy like Matt Damon. Bale was awful in his acting. When a movie is slow going the acting needs to pull it through. This guy Bale came way too short.

Some folks are amused rather easily.

That movie was one of the best ever. Nolan is a genius. You have to realize the theme of the films separated the 3.

Batman Begin was about over coming fear.
The Dark Knight was about over coming chaos and anarchy.
The Dark Knight Rises was about over coming pain both physical and emotional.

movie was awesome no doubt but i still wont put it ahead of The Avengers

The director of the Avengers asked Nolan to delay releasing TDKR until another date. Even he knew that TDKR was a better film and didn't want to lose money to them as they were stated to come out in the same week.

I just saw the Dark Night Rises. This is the lamest superhero movie I ever saw. The movie sucked so much that I was tempted to play angry birds while watching the movie.


BTW he literally rises out of a well.

The movie was too darn long.

The scene where the agency plane was attacked was lame in an epic way.

The director could do better. NOLAN needs to watch a Transformer movie to get a clue or two.

Purpose was to use the CIA plane as a decoy where the scientist supposedly died. Hence why Bane got himself caught on purpose to get on the plane with the physicist.

Even Avatar had an "EPIC storyline" according to many people.

A stupid face scratched villian trapped in a pit prison, comes out to engulf city of Gotham in Darkness!! For what? To fulfill the destiny of Ra's E Gul.

I agree with the OP. The movie was very long and boring at times, that warlord legend, pit prison, blah blah seemed to be came out of nowhere. There is another thread running on this and you can find similar posts on that thread.

Dude, You are sounding like a fanboy here. The movie had almost nothing to offer in terms of script. Bane was more of a fool than a proper super hero movie villain. If Dark Knight Rises had a "psychology", I am glad I didn't understand it.
