I don't think it is possible for China to have such a treaty with anyone who is considered a US ally, however Pakistan can always choose to ask.

I don't understand why Pakistan does not drop the USA after the endless amount of pain and suffering they have brought to the entire region since 2001. They can't bring anything except more death, and military aid to cover that.

We do not consider US an ally at this stage, but it would be better for Islamabad to have a working relationship with Washington DC in the long-term.

We cannot just cut off our ties with the WEST due to War On Terror - not practical for us. Nevertheless, US would have do more to re-establish its goodwill in Pakistan.

It might be a good news for Pak too!!!! Both from economic/financial and defense points of view!!! It means the weapons with excessive danger for China may not be made available to India, who, anyway, points everything in her arsenal toward Pak...

Alliance with Israel is a bad idea in the Muslim world.

China should improve its public image and promote an anti-imperialist and anti-occupation image of itself.

Maybe KSA, UAE, Egypt governments are ok with it but it will inevitably affect public perception in all muslim countries and also state policy in Pakistan, Turkey, Iran, SE Asian countries, North Africa.

I have always wanted China and Pakistan to sign a mutual defence treaty, but for that the Pakistani leadership needs to let go of the USA who has brought them nothing but over a decade of needless war and bloodshed.

China doesn't have an alliance with Israel, US does, but China does have good relations with most countries but that can't be translated as alliane, otherwise you can say that China has an alliance with the world.
