That's going to be the reality of Afghanistan for some time, with GDP slump, rise in poverty, diseases. Which in turn results in average public turning to opium cultivation for money and Taliban becoming centre piece for world drug trade. Golden Crescent getting emboldened.

The rest of your analysis sounds like something of Central African countries who are resource rich but can hardly capitalise on the resources because of war. Also right now I'm not too sure what GoI is going to do, India being the largest export destination of Afghan goods it depends on whether India is going to accept Taliban and formalize any trade relationship.

Afghans security situation is not good either. Taliban is not a uniform entity, there are warring factions, ISIS K is nothing but break away Talib fighters trying to emulate the same story of Taliban.

Whatever the situation of Afghan people is, it is NOWHERE near as bad as that of indians where over 4 million of them recently died from coronavirus.........:

We need to sort out our issues first. Kashmir being on top of the list.

Realistically speaking, I do not see Kashmir issue being solved in foreseeable future as both India and Pakistan are ideologically set in their positions.
Indian position is to not give up the Indian Kashmir it currently holds. Even giving up claim on Pakistan admin Kashmir would require a huge political risk.
Pakistani position is to not give up the claim on Indian Kashmir, at least the valley part.

Only through free trade and enhanced people to people movement, that line of control can be made irrelevant and the issue may be solved. Suppressing trade is not going to solve Kashmir issue, it will only increase mistrust.
