The Chinese Are Coming

Travelling across three continents, Justin Rowlatt investigates the spread of Chinese influence around the planet and asks what the world will be like if China overtakes America as the world's economic superpower. In the first of two films, he embarks on a journey across Southern Africa to chart the extraordinary phenomenon of Chinese migration to Africa, and the huge influence of China on the development of the continent.
While many in the West view Africa as a land of poverty, to the Chinese it is seen as an almost limitless business opportunity. From Angola to Tanzania, Justin meets the fearless Chinese entrepreneurs who have travelled thousands of miles to set up businesses.

The presenter tries his best to stay neutral, its an interesting documentary worth a watch. I didn't know the Chinese have expanded so far out until I saw this to be honest.

These days propagandas on China are in full strings. You only have to go to Google.com and type China or go directly to Google News on china to see the level of propagandas on China and it's in every single hour! I presume, that something big will happen between China and the West and it will not be in 5 nor 3 years from now but much earlier than everybody anticipated; mostly, because of the IMF recent report on China surpassing the US in 2016.

These Chinese dont believe in having the whole cake alone. They belive in putting some of it back into the community which is opposite of what the traditional profiteers do. They try share the benefits with everyone. Thats why today Chinese are welcome everywhere.

Actually this whole concept china being a good guy is flawed, No ones out there is good, unless they are angels, What China does is someway different than the Past British and American Imperialism tactics, They Play every thing with money to best utilize the state owned capitalism.What Chinese actually do is , they give poorer and underdeveloped nations some loan to develope, the gov of that country humbly accepts that loan/aid and then hands out mega contracts to Chinese Firms,The Chinese Firm accept that money(which was initially paid as a loan by the Chinese Govt) and developes the infrastructure required to extract the raw materials required by the industeries back in China,In return that infrastructure barely provides jobs to a handfull amount of local population + the Chinese flood the local markets with cheaper goods hence ruining the local Industeries and When the Govt of that country tries to stop them , they sanction it. This tricks were pretty much used by the American in the Past. Like For E.g we have Both Coca Cola and Pesi in Pakistan , What they actually do is they have plant which provides employment to 1000 Pakistani Employees and take All the Profit (which is 200 times the amount they actually pay to the Employess and Advertising Firms) out of the Country.And that money would land up in Collages for R&D or Rich CEOs or member of Govt to lobby for some buisness or some of it might go to buy Arms and do other dirty stuff.
The Only difference btw Westren and Chinese Imperialism is that Chinese dont bomb a nation with cruise missiles, they dont have there Intelligentsia running loose killing innocent people and toppling govts of third world nations just to get there things right,They dont spend Trillions of $$ on developing more deadly and sophisticated weapons and do not create artificial scenarios and Wars to test them out,They dont support/veto any UN resolution against any Nation as worse as Israel and donot justify its record on Human Rights voilation and Genocide.They do business in a quiter tone.However the Intent is same.
Neither the West's hands are free of Blood of innocent People neither the Chinese are angels ...

The Chinese are always welcomed. China is developing every sector every area in Pakistan. From sea ports to metro trains to dams to helping Pakistan place a satellite into orbit.

And if it means China will have access to Pakistan's warm waters and a transit route through Pakistan, then so be it. That will also benefit Pakistan.

Heres the difference.

When we leave, the infrastructure is still there for the nation to use. The infrastructure would probably last another 20-30 years, so it will make its money back.

The western coke factory in Pakistan is the same as Western companies setting up shop in China. That's why China was smart, and CONTRACTS with the western companies but don't let them outright put production here.
