The Chindian Diaries

Surprisingly there exists a term called "Chindian" which basically defines children born out of mixed Indian and Chinese parentage, and there apparently are a bunch of them in the far East - Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore etc. They have enough numbers in Malaysia to have their own TV show which is hosted by Chindians and the invited guests are Chindians as well.

There was actually a whole documentary series on youtube. I know some people from Singapore,Malaysia, and some older people from Burma (pre ww2 there was quite a good Indian presence (specifically Tamil) there)
