KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday stopped Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) CEO Air Marshal Arshad Malik from performing his functions as the airline’s chief executive officer.

A petition challenging Malik’s appointment as the CEO by Safdar Anjum, the general secretary of the airline’s Senior Staff Association (SASA), was filed at the high court.

The petition stated Malik did not fulfill the educational requirements of the post neither did he have any relevant experience for the job.

During proceedings of the case, the two-member bench issued directives to stop the PIA CEO from performing his functions. The court also stopped the airline from transferring, hiring or firing employees.

The high court also stopped the PIA from buying or selling assets. The bench said the national flag bearer could not sell assets worth over rupees one crore or make policies for the time being.

The SHC had issued a notice to the deputy general to appear before the court on January 22 in relation to the case.

Prior to joining the PIA, Malik was serving as the Vice Chief of the Air staff. He is a graduate of the National Defence University (NDU) and qualified in Air Command and Staff Course from the US.

Malik has served for more than 40 years in the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) before he was appointed as the airline’s chief executive officer.

He was appointed as PIA chairman on October 11, 2018 by the federal government. On April 2, 2019, he was appointed the national flag carrier’s CEO.

Question @AZADPAKISTAN2009 Are the judges giving out decisions based on Law or personal thinking as you claim it to be? Before we go on to insult the courts we must remember that judges are only following laws.

Politicians (PML-N & PPP) that were in power and were sharing the governance of Pakistan based on TAG politics wrote these laws, like the joke (pre arrest bail). Shouldn't we be asking the new government why aren't they changing these laws?

There is a calculated attack on Military by the , Ethnic politicians Judges/Lawyers are the weapons in hands of Ethnic politicians

• The events are all connected

Every time the rope around necks of Ethnic politicians (Under corruption Investigation) is tightening they retaliate with, JUI-F like dharna , Attack on Hospital by lawyers and now calculated verdicts in courts to pressurize military.

The main objective is to force the Military to ease the grip around these Ethnic politicians so they can move out to UK or end the cases


TimeLine:

• JUI-F dharna fasadi act , claimed the government will fall in December
• JUI-F attack on train and train was burned down people died, called an accident
• Courts Passed bail orders for Nawaz Sharif in the midst of anarchy
• Nawaz Sharif/Shabaz Sharif escaped to foreign Land and started to pull strings to manipulate Judges
• Supre Court made the appointment of Army Head 3 year extension controversial when Prime Minister has full authority in an emergency situation (The goal was to show the power of the corrupt mafia and interference in affairs of state)
• This was followed up with Attack on Hospital when Maryem Nawaz was not being allowed to escape to London for no reason at all 5,000-10,000 lawyers attacked a cardiology hospital
• Political criminals started to get bails left and right in Punjab and Sindh. Many of those escaped to UK/USA and courts were just given a letter indicating the party has left the country and is not reachable
• Then Courts played a drama of giving out a hasty verdict against Musharaf (Ex-General , Ex-President, Former SSG) , who only stepped in in 1999 to prevent financial break down of country
• Now when Grips are tightening around Bilawal/Zardari clan in Sindh the Sindh Court passed this verdict to malign Ex Airforce chief who was doing an excellent Job

The entities are being used as tools to Malign Military just to show case how much power the corrupt ethnic politicians have

All this while high profile political criminals are escaping nation on bail and leaving country paying their Devil's Advocate Lawyers a hefty reward overseas to escape the scrutiny awaiting for next "Black Money to White conversion scheme country will introduce"


The strings are being pulled not at once by in a Symphony, to create a tune to spread anarchy in-country and expand disharmony internally
