You know a fully developed nuclear bomb is less dangerous than a unsustainable nuclear bomb. If a low yield device with an unsustainable nuclear reaction is exploded in the upper atmosphere it can blind an entire continent with an EMP so that is the future war. Iran has the largest deposits of gem stones and crystals they should also research in solid state lasers. Plus Iran should also research in forward looking gamma burst devices.
