If the Western side of World War 2 had turned out into a stalemate ( Germany retaining France and other nearby countries ), would we have seen a German Mars program by the 60s ??

I doubt that but atleast german moon program could be possible in 60s but there was no way that ww2 would have ended in stalemate since there was no room for third block in cold war.

Well, the two-superpower nature of the Cold War was the outcome of the victors' decisions ( the West and the USSR ). If Germany was engaged in a stalemate ( say Germany withdrawing early from the Russian front ) by 1945 then we would possibly have three superpowers.

But that would eventually lead to WW3 with possibility of use of nuclear weapons from all 3 sides.

Well, I don't see why a three-party version of SALT and START talks couldn't be done.

But I don't know if German expansion plans would be existing in a world that had three superpowers.

You are right. Because Germans in that time adopt every new idea.and they don't feel .."No Its impossible". These are the words which stop the most creative people in these days and past few decades in research. But Germans were very different in their approach. So therefore they succeeded in their projects. But it was bad luck for them, they short in time and after war American took every document of their research.and start a new era.
