Durrani empire was more of a problem for Afghanistan then Pakistan. Durrani empire by ex-general of Nadir Shah had to go to great extent ethnic cleansing Hazaras, Tajiks, Nuristanis etc Remember despite ethnic cleansing only 40% of Afghanistan is actually Afghan if we go by pashtun definition. Nothing of that sort happened in what is now Pakistan. Greater Durrani empire barely lasted and they couldn't administer "Pakistan" and replace Mughals, sikhs did. But in Afghanistan it did last long and this is why these Afghan ethnic groups hate each other and are in state of civil war for ever.

All these secular liberal ANP types Pakistani pashtun on twitter also have that weird obsession with Kabul which is Tajik/Hazara city historically and even now. The sooner Afghan pashtuns realise they only have Pakistan to look forward to the better it will be. With tajiks, Hazaras they will keep fighting.
