FOC According to DOD mean : The Full Operational Capability (FOC) is when a system is delivered to a user and they have the ability to fully employ and maintain it to meet an operational need.

F 22 has been operational deployed at variance instances. The Raptor achieved Full Operational Capability (FOC) in December 2007, when General John Corley of Air Combat Command (ACC) officially declared the F-22s of the integrated active duty 1st Fighter Wing and Virginia Air National Guard192d Fighter Wing fully operational.

Eurofighter typhoon got its IOC in 2005 with the Italian Air Force. Its Typhoons were put into service as air defence fighters at the Grosseto Air Base, and immediately assigned to Quick Reaction Alert (QRA) at the same base and FOC after it was deployed for NATO's Operation Unified Protector over libya by Italy and UK where Italy deployed 2 and UK deployed 10.

I guess its enough now, hope you get the points stated by @NKVD and stop some baseless arguments, plus if you find any flaws brother do take in consideration to mention them than just saying there are flaws

The reason I told provide some Official video made by PAF which will help people know about its capabilities like IAF has done, except from videos from air shows etc. Also a dedicated site which tells about the project really well.

Exactly, you see in Tejas project its all on the shelf a clear website indicates everything related to it, a good video on how it got IOC. Clear critics remarks nothing hidden. If any critic said anything bad that too is shown. Never seen such things on JF 17, If there are please provide and not link from other countries, official things from Pakistan
