Having travelled in South America I was just shocked as to how little value many people had on human life. Appalling levels of violence are used to for the most trivial of matters e.g. the method to mug someone is to blow their brains out first then take what you want.
I don't blame the US for panicking at the arrival of so many settlers from there.

List is flooded with south american cities.

Surprised me no pakistan and india.

Why would there be my friend? These countries have huge populations, but thankfully people don't go around blowing, stabbing, smashing people to death for nothing.

Well there was a post not long ago about how China was doing compared to BRICS countries. They were excited about passing Brazil in PPP or something. I was like "yeesh ...do you really want to compare yourselves to Brazil..."

One thing for sure is we have a good supply of vicious mercenaries from South America if things hit the fan. In fact I think there are some Colombians in Yemen.
