You don't need to. Tutorials are available online.
BTW, it seems like paid journalism, so don't take it seriously.
R and python are important, but other mentioned languages are the ones someone wants to promote.
Every programming language has a purpose. And all above mentioned languages operate on binary data. For quantum thing, there are other languages.

That's unfortunate and true but it's not a problem when we are fortunate enough to have access to websites like Udemy, Coursera and many more online educational platforms. Use Google to learn what skills are currently in demand in the market and use these platforms to learn the skills that you need to learn.
