That is true the "islamic" thing in many insurgent movements takes away the real issues.But it is not india to be blamed,but the bastards who includes religion in their political struggles as "jihad" and try to claim that they are "fighting for allah".Just look at their names-HAMAS(harkat al muqawamah al islamiyya),Islamic jihad,Harkat ul jihadi islami,East turkist islamist movement..etc etc.Even those who dont have "islam" in their names like taliban,ttp etc proudly claim they are fighting "islamic holy war" aka jihad.And when "islamic militancy" tag is attached to those who claim to fight "jihad",blame india for conspiracy!.In fact the blame should be on those islamic nations who (ab)used islam,jihad etc for their political advantage.

Those that are fighting "Jihad" are idiots and most often bringing direct and indirect harm to the cause of Muslims and Islam. You cannot fight a war before understanding the nature of the war. The states or ruling elements within some states that are using these proxy non-state actors for their own geopolitical games, or geopolitical games of others as hired guns, are also guilty of the same. So that is a good post. But India should not be the Zionist or Brahmin Hindu nationalist foot soldier and cannon fodder in their campaign of Islamophobia, against Islam and Muslims. This will be shooting at the foot for Indian masses, at home and abroad.
