This article just is just offensive to all the diplomats around the world, you don't call an Israeli a diplomat, that is just unacceptable. It is called an Israeli criminal or terrorist.
Also, attacking civilians is not a good thing, it should not be acceptable from both sides.

The Delhi attack could not be prevented, but it seems the police are doing their best with the investigation, at least as per the perception of the Israeli ambassador -
