Not an expert in this field but common sense dictates highly unlikely as there's not long enough of a runway for Hurjet to take flight.

The ship is not long enough for take off and landing. Even if the take off was possible it wouldn't be able to land without a mechanism to stop the plane like they have it on Aircraft-Carriers. And you can't put those on the Anadolu as there is no room for it.

Also room would be a problem, the LHD will have helis, other jets on its deck and you would need a lot of room so a plane could land the traditional why without an accident.

Is there any problem between Turkey and England because Turkey hasn't selected the engine yet. RR would help for the engine.I hope there isn't any problem because very good product can be occur by helping of RR and there is not any time to spend like that because the engine decision must have already chosen...

With some modifications on the ship, STOBAR aircrafts can be launch from runway . But I do not think it will be an effective solution. Because operating this type of aircraft will reduce the TCG Anatolia air wings sortie / hour ratio very much. In fact, there is no such jet in the Turkish air force, as far as I know. Also F4s can only be thrown by catapult. If Stobar planes are in plans in future, it requires a new shipbuilding with 2 runways on the deck.
