See, you don't get how the rectification mechanism of functional society works.

What did jack ma do? He openly criticizes the global established crisis-prevention financial mechanism that is Basel Accords. He promotes a dangerous leverage-ratio credit business model in the name of 'technological innovation'. He is brewing another subprime crisis in China accompanied by blatant political intention as a lobbyist for Jewish financial capitalists.

On the surface, he does not violate any law. Then as the ruling party, what you gonna do? You can't simply hang him on the poles as the rule of law is equally important. You can't let the crisis happen and let him achieve his goal. This is exactly what the western systems failed to solve, blatant political movement that laws failed in harnessing. That's how Trump who is the best alternative US democracy can offer failed to do anything to solve real problems, let alone other easily corrupted political candidates.

So, China's approach is simple, the ruling party, the government is really what Constitution described, the representative of the people with the ultimate authority to enforce consensus. Get what he said exposed, wait for the consensus that this is a problem with the political danger that needs to be solved. Then you act with any administrative tools available in law especially antitrust to answer the consensus. Politically Jack ma is then failed. Political failure gets political treatment. You can still be a rich guy, but you are not expected to project political influence as a public figure. CPC gets a working approach, you can use the open political maneuver based on consensus to solve a political problem, that's what democracy is expected to achieve. Secret political approach hurts your system, not an open one.

Too many. Almost all Chinese companies that gained technology breakthroughs in their fields. When a Chinese EV maker beats Tesla, I believe it will automatically enter US sanction list.

Just watched a video of Huawei's self-driving technology. Much more impressive than Tesla's FSD IMO.

Not an expert, but Huawei's seems smoother and more intelligent even in more difficult traffic conditions in China. And it was fully autonomous without any assistance for more than an hour. Huawei claims that they are at lv4 autonomy.
