"With the theme of Indonesian independence this year, Polytron believes that Indonesia can recover faster and rise stronger so that Indonesian products can continue to rise in the midst of global challenges. In the future, Polytron is optimistic that it can export more to various countries with quality Home Appliances and Audio products that are accepted by the world community," he added.

He explained that Polytron as the largest electronics manufacturer in Indonesia is trying to present the latest technology in products to answer consumer needs. With various awards and achievements such as Top Brand, the Brand Choice Award given to Polytron is Polytron's commitment so far in providing the best product service to all its users by prioritizing technology that can facilitate daily use and aesthetic design.

Establish own brand is not necessarily always the best approach. For example，Taiwan's electronics industry focuse on OEM for Western/Mainland brands，and they are pretty success. On the other hand，there are many countries tried to promote domestic own brand products，but end up badly，totally beaten by well established international brands.

The OEM route do not bear the burden of advertising，market promotion，consumer habit survey etc，which are tough work. The competition is less fierce in the field of OEM and margin is also better is most case.

Indonesia follows industrialization like Thailand. A place for foreign manufacturers. Vietnam follows China, developing own brands. We want people to enjoy made in Vietnam great products. For us Viet people it’s very embarrassing to buy Chinese products.
