Tesla is in big trouble. Sell cheap? How about its margin... Desperate time, desperate measures.

Most car companies are having a hard time this year, and it should be said that it is not only the auto industry

. .
what margin
Profit

Definitely not EV, ICE mobile vehicle will be in trouble. EV expect to continue growth in coming few years. Many sector like bank, other electronic and oil will be in recession.

Which EV has better value for money product, better tech EV will win the market. Those EV in trouble are becos their product is not good.

.
Tesla needs to start deliveries of their Cyber Truck and come up with a cheap below $30K model to capture all segments of the auto market and consolidate it's leading position.

Plus they need to move all their production offshore to Mexico.

That’s because of competitions, lots of new comers. They offer better cars with lower prices. That’s why Tesla lost $700 billion market cap. Tesla benefited as first mover with a great combination of new techs. No more.

Stop giving excuse. You mean Tesla cant take competition? LOL.. Why Nio and BYD never give discount? Are you telling me they dont face competition too?

Giving discount especially for a prenium brand is a sign of weakness. Clearly show Tesla is in big trouble in China market. Do you see iphone give discount for their new model and cheaper their brand?

Apple mobile phones also have discounts recently

Is that serious? Nio, Byd never give discounts? Why they are so special? They are not Rolex. If I go to a BMW car dealer and say I will buy this car if you give me a discount they will. There are always rooms for bargaining.

那严重吗?蔚来、比亚迪从不打折?为什么他们如此特别?他们不是劳力士。如果我去 BMW 汽车经销商说如果你给我折扣我会买这辆车,他们会的。总有讨价还价的余地。

Nio, I'm not sure about the situation. BYD's car sales and orders have passed. The current production capacity can't keep up with sales, so there will be no discounts. Moreover, the price of BYD's cars is lower than that of Tesla, and it is cost-effective. It does not have Tesla's puffiness premium, and Tesla's puffiness premium is more. Brand value is relatively large.

Of course, in China, it’s not just Tesla’s price cuts. Many brands such as Toyota Corolla, Camry, GM, Volkswagen, and Audi are offering promotions and discounts. Many Chinese brand electric vehicles are also promoting discounts. BYD is a special exception.

You can refer to the types of cars that are discounted in China from third-party platforms.
Green is the price reduction amount and range, and the marked price is the original price

Then why Nio and other prenium Chinese brand are not lowering themselves if there is lower buyer volume? Talk with common sense and not nonsense.
