JAMMU: In what has shocked the security forces is the video that has gone viral on social media in Jammu and Kashmir that reportedly shows terrorists daring the security establishments.

The video as per a media report shows terrorists conducting patrols and checking the identity cards of the locals. According to the police sources, the voice heard in the video could be of a top Hizbul commander named Burhan.

Earlier, a video had emerged in August that showed terrorists from Hizbul Mujahideen urging youth to join their fight against the Indian Army.

The terrorists had chosen social media as the platform to spread the message of jihad and to influence the youth to join their movement against the Indian Army.

These videos have erupted at a time when Director General-level talks between border security forces of India and Pakistan are being held in the national capital.

According to the reports, around 300 terrorists belonging from different terror outfits like like Hizbul Mujahideen, Lashkar-e-Toiba and Jaish-e-Mohammad are waiting for opportunities to cross the border from Azad Kashmir (Azad Kashmir).

I said India has lost its writ in IOK, suppose according to you its police that controls the region still Indian influence and administration has failed, and looking at the gear and tactics of resistance it looks like they have improved and are more educated. Interesting days ahead indeed. They seem more sophisticated then the informants now and it seems like they will overcome informant issue too.
