building a Wall lol, that will cost a lot of money and a corrupt government like Pakistan one won't do that.

Pakistan Blame Afghanistan and India and Afghanistan blame Pakistan for its problems, while India improves day by day.

I'm pretty sure that it will cost around 80-160 million $ & compared to 68billion$ that Pakistan had lost since 2007 this money is nothing, also i'm sure Pakistanis will donate money if asked to build a wall.

Pakistan never blame any country but open facts for public, now if you consider 'facts' as 'blame' than i can't help you.

The simple truth is that a lot of pukhtoons on this side of the border support “Afghanistan jihad “ for obvious reasons.

I am afraid the safe havens won’t end until the Americans leave or there is a stable government in Afghanistan which is the sole representative of the afghan people instead of this clumsy Karzai.

i think the TTP has vowed to fight in pakistan even if the Nato leaves afghanistan.

The NATO/U.S. need to step on the gas in Afghanistan and secure that side of the border, while Pakistani forces do their job inside Pakistan.

This is not working obviously.

Afghan army is too lame, and NATO/US are reducing their numbers.

This leaves Pakistan with more than enough manpower in our border with Afghanistan.

Pak government should work out a deal with NATO/USA and take over the control of Afghan areas next to our border.

Otherwise we'll continue finger pointing at each other and our soldiers will continue to be sitting ducks.

ISLAMABAD, Aug 27 (APP)akistan on Saturday lodged protest to the Afghan government over attacks from Kunar and Nooristan against seven Pakistani check posts in Chitral earlier on Saturday in which 25 security forces personnel embraced shahadat.The Afghan Charge d’Affairs was called in at the Foreign Ministry to lodge a protest on the attacks and was conveyed the imperative of establishing peace and tranquility in the border region and effectively dealing with terrorists, a foreign office statement issued here on Saturday said.

The activities of the terrorists are a matter of great concern to both the Governments and peoples of Pakistan and Afghanistan. They cannot be allowed to continue such blatant attacks from across the border.
It is Pakistan’s expectation that ISAF and the Afghan National Army would take effective measures to prevent such incursions by militants from safe havens from across the border in Kunar and Nooristan and to enhance border security, the statement added.

Forget the press reports, even the Spokesman army, and ISPR have publicly said that the provinces of nuristan nd kunar are trouble areas and ISAF should do something.

Fence and mine the whole border. These people have killed to many in cross border attacks. Not to mention they illegally cross over here and then spread their drugs and weapons here. Its about time every Afghani refugee and illegal is sent back to their country. I don't know why we give them shelter on Pak sar zameen. Oh the good old days when members on the forum use to rejoice "once the americans leave afghanistan, all will be fine". Now the americans are withdrawing their forces...pressure on afghan Taliban is decreasing hence AT have stepped up their attacks on pakistani border outposts .
Isnt their strategy pretty simple.
..TTP will keep attacking pakistani cities whereas AT will step up attacks on pakistani border...similarly in Afghistan AT will carry attacks in cities whereas as TTP on Afgan border .
One can sense what's in store for Afghanistan and Pakistan if Americana leave Afghanistan and Afghan govt is not yet on its feet.These AT and TTP will roam freely in Adghanistan and Pakistani border areas killing whomsoever they fancy.
