Today the favored euphemism of the Pakmil for civilian casualties is to refer to them as "suspected militants". What's missing in the first case is morality, what's missing in the second is honesty. I think that you don't have a clue about what happens in civil wars. I suggest studying world history instead of Pakistan's history and if you think rationally after that, Pakistan will look like a saint to you as compared to most of the Western world.
And FYI, there were no orders to rape or kill civilians, learn the difference between official orders and emotional talk first.

Instead of looking at faults with Pakistan's military, it will be better if you look at the atrocities committed by US forces across the globe. Now keep that in your baised mind that 1971 or 1979 is not the topic of this thread.
