Nope the riots happened due to inefficiency by police and lack of organisation and planning but we can learn from it so it does not happen again.

i will not accpet to that part, with out the police being effectively directed by Modi Bahi, it would not been possible to have brought down a riot of this magnitude to its knees in 3 days.
