Terror boat: The smuggling theory doesn't hold much weight

this was one question i had in my mind....there are 4 guys who got killed, but where were they from? who are they? why no families complained on this?

I think we all know the reason for that.

The difference is these were open boats one could clearly see even in the video all on board were pirates
If you don't know or are not sure about the situation inside the boat better to maintain a safe distance while keeping them in observation
The RPG has a effective range of max. 500 meters
Those 14 innocent lives could have been saved had it not been the trigger happiness of the Indian Navy

thats kind of biased opinion..how many times one make a thorough search before fire upon a pirate ship??and if we were trigger happy,we would destroy every pirate ship we'd seen.but thats not the case.in fact,apart from this single incident,Indian Navy's role against Piracy is praised by International Community.

and another thing,Thailand didn't say that their hijacked sailors were on board.they accused that it was a Thai Trowler what Indian Navy Sunk..Indian Navy replied that accusation by saying

"We fired only after we had been threatened and then fired upon," he said. "This is self-defence. Our ship was attacked by rocket-propelled grenades."
Naval sources said the Indian frigate hit the Ekawat Nava 5 several times and set off explosions.

"A fire broke out, probably due to the exploding ammunition," an officer from the Tabar said. Two speedboats were spotted breaking off to escape. If it was just another fishing ship why would it have men with rockets on board?"
